Traktor 3 Pro on Windows 7

Hi
I've been running Traktor 3 Pro with a S4 MK2 mixer on my Windows 7 i& 4 Core Laptop.
Recently tried to upgrade to Scratch Pro using time code Vinyl but sound was distorting and timecode won't work properly. So I uninstalled, now I can't reinstall what I had before.
Any now I can reinstall Traktor 3 Pro.
