licence transfer [Duplicate]

Hello.

I just sold my komplete kontrol s61 mk1 and I made the transfer request of licence.

But my email address of my Native instruments profile doesen't work anymore. I can't open my old mail box. My email adress is too hold and I can no longer access my emails.

So I did not receive the transfer number and the buyer has received the keyboard.

The keyboard no longer appears on my NI profil.

I made pictures of all the steps.

How to get the transfer number for the new owner?
