Contact with NI

Hi, please can someone give me any other contact than support link, like NI e-mail or something else

    I do not think that there is any other 'support' options available than the on-site support systems links. There are N.I. 'customer care' employees attending the forum on work days but they are not functioning as direct part of 'customer service' more like liaisons.

    Other than that then there are only the company contact info found on the lower part of the info page here but that is not an address to customer service either as customer service is only via the web interface on the support part of the Native Instruments site !
