Already registered Serial on New Kontrol S88

Purchased new S88 from amazon. Registering the Kontrol S88 in Native Access says "This serial is already registered". Tried the automated support but never get the email it say's it is going to send. Looked in junk folder, not there.

Sorry hear that , the thing is that the Customer Care person that is usually a liaison from forum to Customer Service is away and will not be back earliest until the 26th.

EDIT ! : Since Matt_NI has responded I have removed other 'ping' and explanation ! (Thank you at Matt ! 🙂)
