KOMPLETE AUDIO 2 problems

I purchased an NI (Native Instruments) Hardware sound card, specifically the AUDIO2 model, and I'm experiencing difficulty releasing the exclusive mode in Ableton. Whenever I use the software, there's no sound in other applications on my computer, such as YouTube, and so on. what can i do to fix it?

Hello,

if you use ableton you should use the asio driver, it has the best performance by far. Normally then windows apps should play fine, at least in my case this works with my focusrite interface but I'm not totally sure if any audio interface supports it. Otherwise there is a windows audio device setting something called "apps have exclusive access" you have to deactivate it.
