I contacted apple support. They opened a senior support case. Apple support told me to enter some code in terminal in order to delete local time Machine snapshots.

After deleting the local snapshots, the error message changed and I'm still unable to reinstall the Kontakt factory library.…

There are currently no local time machine snapshots stored on my drive. ALSO there is actually 187 GB free on my local drive, more than what is currently permitted.

On the call with apple support I also deleted native access and reinstalled from the native instruments browser. This was the code they gave me to run in terminal in order to delete local snapshots:

"tmutil thinlocalsnapshots / 999999999999999 4"
