I'm having a pre assistance issues, after I did an update all song starts to pause ad clitch

here are the specs; 3.2ghz 6-core intel core i7, 32 gb 2667 MHz ddr4, I got it custom made so it could do the job. this the second time this has happened after an update. please point me to the right direction for assistance. try reaching out o support but was a dead end
