Start new Traktor 3.11.1- has encountered a major problem a crashlog....

S2 Mk3
clear Windows 10 Pro
Access 2 -> install Traktor 3 Pro -> and when starting the program an error immediately appears

AMD Razor 5 v3.5.1 - working

another comp:
Intel i5 v3.11.1 - working any versions

Same problem here. Bought Traktor online at Native Instruments, installed and working.

Few days later I try to open Traktor same dialog screen

Traktor 3.11.1 has encountered a major problem and has been terminated

Support on the site is really annoying, cant find where I can provide the crash report which they asked for🤔
