You've probably seen this come up, as have I. I've done all the remedies I can think of and have read about:
delete the Native Instruments folder in Shared, grant Full Disk Access in Privacy & Security, refresh Native Access, restart computer, delete XML files, etc. Nothing seems to work. It still runs in demo mode.

Any advice?

OS Sonoma 14.3.1, Native Access 3.8.1, Kontakt 7.8.0, M2 Ultra

This happens because you have two installs on your computer and are launching from an old location. Go in Native Access to find the install location of your content and then go into that folder to launch whatever program you want directly (no shortcuts). If it works, then you know your other shortcuts or vsts are loading from the wrong location.

I'm not sure if that's it. I downloaded Kontakt 7 from fresh on a brand new computer, so it should be the ONLY location. Can you explain more? Thanks!
