My old laptop broke, how do I get the license working on my new laptop for Traktor Pro 3?

When I try to put the license in to Traktor Pro 3, it says "this serial number has already been registered, if your account does not contain this product, contact customer support." My account does not contain this product and I have already contacted customer support, but I have not heard back, I'm just eager to get back to mixing, it's been 2 weeks, and I don't know what to do with my life.

Sounds like you're not logging into the same account you used before.

If you go into your account on the website, does it list either Traktor Pro 3 or hardware that unlocks Traktor: https://www.native-instruments.com/en/my-account/my-products-serials-downloads/
