From your profile I gather that you are on Mac : Apple M1 Max and Ventura 13.6.4 .

Does this work when using N.I. apps as standalone or is it only when using in a DAW , if then what DAW ?

Is this an older saved project. Without much info I'm taking a shot in the dark here, but sounds like perhaps it's an older project looking for a VST2 plugin that is now no longer supported by the latest NI software.
