I have some Maschine expansion BPM is about 140BPM

I also have some Maschine expansion whose BPM is 80BPM.

Which Maschine expansion have the speed of Maschine expansion 100-120 bpm?

Expansions are about genres. So you should look for genres which typically use 120BPM as average tempo, probably EDM or some classic Techno, Electronica.

You said you've already got some around 80BPM, so those are likely to be Hip Hoppy. If you want them at 100, just increase the tempo...

Drums are drums though. Typically hip hop samples from multiple genres including rock, so there's really no such thing as "hip hop drums".
