You enter Native Access, then you can click on the '+' icon where it says 'add serial'.

If you are wondering where are your serial numbers, go to the NI site, then click on your account, then click on My Serial numbers.

Let me know if it helped or if you need more info.

I appreciate the help I am getting.Let me give a little history. In my older computer #A I went to NI and down loaded the free Kontakt(KT) player.Did every thing correct and it installed .Loved it.I wanted a New computer So I went to Sweetwater(SW) on line and phone. I Also wanted KT7 ful l$299 185000 pre sets WOW I got to have this. SW says hey William(Bill) we do installation of KT7 on your NEW computer. For $120 we install.I said great "do it". New computer is delivered Fedx .I put new computer in studio down load Logic Pro x go to AU instruments Click on what says KT7. WHOA and what happens Its NOT THE $299 Kontakt 7 full 185000 presets .Its the free version PLAYER,just like the one on my old computer.I call SW a expert contacts me by phone with a little struggle Iallow him into my computer to look for the full version$299 .He can not find it.I paid SW to install. They said in there receipt$1690 for computer $299 for KT7 $120 installation. So where is it Who screwed up SW or NI.

As far as I know then the 'Player' version and the Full version are two different downloads and further more then you can not download the full version in Native Access before the full version key has been activated. So my personal opinion is that you didn't get the installation from Sweetwater that you paid for since for me personally then that would entail getting the product both activated in order to be able to do the installation that you paid for and then do actual installation that you paid for. The $120 (USD?) only for the installation of Kontakt 7 full version sounds to me as bit a steep price but on the other hand then had they done the actual job then that also comes with the responsibility of doing the actual job and make it work , which as far as I can understand that they apparently did not do !?

If on Mac then always check if your particular OS is compatible with what you consider buying ! And for any computer also check if your computer meets the minimum requirements for the product that you intend to buy !

As closing statement then I would like to tell you that the purchasing of individual components that is found in the Komplete bundles is rather expensive and it's a much better deal to buy the full bundle instead - especially at a sale (as far as I remember then at a sale you can get the whole full version of Komplete 14 Standard at $300)(K14 bundle sale prices are usually %50 discount) !

It shows up now, in Native access only . How do I get logic au instruments to recognize it

If you are sure that the au has been installed by Native Access (plug-ins are installed in this location by default: Macintosh HD /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/)

then : Do Logic and Kontakt both have Full Disk Access ? How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

Also , after installation and prior to using in a DAW then run Kontakt as a stand-alone once first !

Else : have you tried re-scanning for plugins in Logic Pro .

Otherwise then one person reported solving a problem by copying files from "Macintosh HD /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/" to (and replacing all at) : Macintosh HD/Users/your user name/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/ , same person were warned by Customer Care that : "Moving them might have unwanted consequences, especially if you update them and forget to copy them in the correct location"

Please notice ! that Mac disks must have a particular format to be working with N.I. programs ! : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats
