How to Record pattern changes to Ableton

Hi every one

I want to know if it's possible to record my jamming pattern maschine in the Ableton.

    There is no such thing as recording Pattern changes, only Scenes, Sections and Lock states.

    yes it is possible, use MIDI clips for controlling scene changes of Maschine (scene changes via MIDI control must first be enabled in Maschine)

    You can also control pattern and lock state changes the same way! Very powerful.

    (Edit, apparently I misremembered, pattern changes cannot be controlled via MIDI, sorry about that)

    i know how to change scene with midi note

    but i can t find how you do that for pattern

    ah, my bad.. I somehow thought recording pattern changes was possible

    IMO No, it's not.

    The best chance of getting Pattern changes recorded and/or synced Patterns changes would be in order to make the JAM better, since it was abandoned I don't see this happening anytime soon.
