What is your exact version of Mac OS ?
Problems appearing between Logic Pro and Kontakt has been seen before. If your Mac OS is compatible with Kontakt 7 then make sure that all N.I. apps and the Logic Pro app got full disk access in security center, someone else got a fix by repairing permissions with the Disk Utility. Another person got a fix by deleting the Logic Pro data base (~/Music/Audio Music Apps/Databases) which may loose settings and more , but as suggested at page you could just try to copy/move folder somewhere else to test !
Did you try reinstalling Kontakt, or maybe updating Logic or something?
Hmm... maybe this is a bit silly suggestion, but did you try inserting the Kontakt into Logic again?
I mean if you tried inserting the Kontakt plugin from a desktop or from a memory into the DAW window.
