Traktor Pro 2.11.0 not recognizing Native Access 3.5.3

Hello, I have reinstalled Traktor Pro 2 after not using it for a long time. I have installed Native Access and registered both of my serial numbers successfully, but Traktor Pro 2.11.0 is not recognizing the registration. When I try to click Activate it says "Service Center cannot be found." Please help!

OP here - I forgot to mention I am on: MacOS Catalina 10.15.7
