TRAKTOR KONTROL S2MK3 Crossfader problems

Hi all!

Few days ago i realized a little problem w my S2MK3 controller's Crossfader.

on my laptop with Traktor Pro 3

DECK A - it works well.... left end to right end... from Maximum volume to 0.

DECK B - Right end to left end.... Maximum volume doesnt change!

on my laptop with Traktor DJ2 it works perfectly.

on my iPad with Traktor DJ2 it works perfectly also.

What should i do?

i update everything. 3.5.3 and the latest firmware for the hardware.

Can i try something else?
