~ sign meaning in library

Hello,

I have this wave sign "~" next to a bunch of tracks in my library. What does it mean and how can I change it as it has been creating some issues when transferring songs to Rekordbox.

That symbol (called a Tilde) is usually used to denote Temporary files… here is a article on the subject…

The temp files may not have been deleted properly due to a crash or something, if the files are not in use, you can probably safely delete them.
