Maschine JAM no longer recognised in Windows 10
So I've had a raft of Windows updates and my Maschine JAM no longer appears in Device Manager, and the Maschine software no longer sees it, on either of my two laptops.
If I try plugging in the JAM while Maschine is running there's a lot of pained crackling and then it gives up.
When I first plug in the JAM all the lights do their thing and then it goes dark.
However, it still works fine with my Maschine+ so I know the hardware is OK.
Anybody else had this problem before I start working through every recent Windows Update?
It was working last month...

Solved!
"NIHardwareService.exe" was missing in "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Hardware"
Re-installed using "Controller Editor 2.7.1 Setup PC.exe"
Anybody's guess how that happened on two separate laptops, but we're good now - thanks NI Support!

I have Win10 and Jam and no problems after last Win Update.

Since yesterday my Jam does not work with Maschine anymore. Nor does it work as a midi controller in Lightroom anymore. I updated Maschine about a week ago and had no issues util yesterday.
Also my mapped F1 (used for effects) does no longer work in Traktor.
Apperently the Maschine update messed the controler editor up. But I am unable to fix the issue because I can not delete the hardware folder.

Can you try downloading a slightly older copy of the Controller Editor to try run that instead?

The problem seems to be that is Maschine2 is messing up the controller editor somehow.
And given my previous experiances with downgrading (if even possible) NI software I am not very keen on trying because I might lose a lot of hours of work mapping.

NI sent me the latest version when I asked them for it - try log a Support Ticket and see if they do the same for you...

I got and installed the latest controller editor 2.7.1. Did not work And now according to NI I need to downgrade it again.
NI made the support ticket themselfs.

Can confirm after firmware update Jam will power up then fade into darkness with no response. I had to reinstall Controller Editor 2.6.2 Setup PC for it to work again. Get the file from the link posted above.

I have Win10, Maschine 2.15, Controller Editor 2.6.2 and Jam works. (CE 2.7.1 did not install with latest Maschine or other SW on my system...)
