Keyboard showing wrong key

In my DAW (pro tools) and Komplete Kontrol stand alone, and in EastWest Opus my keyboard is showing a different key than what I am actually playing in. If I am playing an A it is showing that I am playing an A# for example. How do I fix that? The actual sound of the note is right but it is showing wrong.

I guess we are talking about an s-series keyboard here, then please check the oktave shift buttons one of them (I guess the right, octave up button) is a bit brighter, then please press shift + octave down.

does it also happen if you load ewo as plugin directly in your daw?

Any stand-Alone application or through my DAW it is all a half step off key.
