Firmware update for S 61 Komplete Kontrol will not connect can you help?

Mac unable to see the S61

Cannot do the firmware update

is there any reset? or do I need to have the keyboard repaired

There's known issues with some computers and the new Kontrol MK3 keyboards. Try using a USB hub in-between your Mac and your S61. What type of Mac are you using?
