And how can I do it? Native Access says that my version 7.6.1 is up-to-date, although Ethereal Earth asks me to use at least 7.7.

Ah okay, I understand, thank you. I did some research and many threads are talking about NTKDaemon (whatever that does exactly) and it's failure to work properly. So this will also be an issue when installing NA 2, right?
There is no clear answer for this… yes, some people reported problems but for the majority it works fine.
