Traktor 3.11.1 Crashed and lost collection after Sonoma update

Today I decided to update my Macbook M1 Pro to Sonoma (14.3) and also updated Traktor software to the current version (3.11.1)

After an unusually slow import of my existing collection, everything seemed to be fine, until just now when the software crashed when loading a track, and on restarting it is as though I have opened Traktor for the first time. My collection is gone. So I'm seeking urgent support to restore my previous Traktor collection and settings.

Previously before the updates, I would frequently have instances where Traktor would stop playing tracks and need a Force Quit to restart. This is very disconcerting and I don't know how I can continue to use Traktor professionally if it is not stable, even with a top of the range Mac.

    Thanks.. Yes this works, except cover images don't appear until I load each track into a deck, which is just a minor inconvenience.

    My concern is that this happened in the first place, and what if this glitch happens regularly, or worse, during a set. Can the dev team make note of these bugs and give an indication whether it is working to make a new version of Traktor that is actually stable with Apple silicon. I have loved using Traktor for many years but I am seriously looking at switching to Rekordbox at this point.

    I don't have a mac, but from reading other threads it's seems that traktor 3.8 has less crashes on native silicon Mac.

    @michaelk86

    Can you report the crash including crashlogs in the beta subforum as well? The team is more active there.

    Thank you 😊

    both things happened to me too.

    After updating to 3.11 (on Mac Book Pro M1 Ventura) it took Traktor more than 24 hours for the collection and then all my playlists were gone.

    The software crashes every two or three months during a gig (never at home) during the last year and a half.

    Also considering changing soft- and hardware ...
