Back using Traktor! Help with license needed

Hi everyone I'm back using traktor and have fire up a fully licensed version of trktor pro 2 software and when I'm trying to activate the License the controller center won't load up!! Does anybody know what I have to do to activate my traktor license again as I crnt get controller center to load up! I'm using windows 10, thanks in advance for any help

Just to add to this I'm getting an error msg when I'm trying to load native access!! Any ideas? Thanks again

@Catzeye83 This error usually refers to the use of a 2nd graphics adapter. Can you double check if this is the case?
