Can I give a friend a Komplete Select licence that came with Maschine Mk3?

I already had Komplete Ultimate CE when I bought Maschine so I've never registered the Select Licence as I have ne need for it.

    Nope...registration of the bundled software is tied to the Controller, you cannot do a license transfer of just the SW.
