M3 Max Issues Daw: Ableton live 11 Suite

hello i am trying to use my native instrument sounds and half of them are missing when i open them in ableton live 11 unsing the pluging komplete kontrol. i have done this on rosetta and without and its the same thing and i have downloaded all of my contents fine on native instruments but half of the library is missing when opening it up in ableton.
