Why cant i download the DJ Traktor 2&3?

I just bought a second-hand Traktor DJ S4 MK2 and I purchased the Traktor DJ 3 software. I have the serial # which I put in the N.I app and every time I try to click install it will tell me it fails immediately. Can someone please help me out with this?

Hello,

what computer/os do you use? Have you tried to start native access as administrator on windows. You could also try to set another download location in the settings of native access.
