Native Access 1.14 Not downloading products

Hi, I've been downloading and installing products from Native Access for the last 2 - 3 months with no issues. This FRI, 26/01/2024, after not having used Native Access for about 3 weeks, I've found that nothing downloads or installs. My installed products still work - but I've got a backlog of yet-to-be-installed products that do not download.

I saw the post re the 22/01/2024 system-wide issues at the Native Instruments site with Native Access. They have re-posted on 26/01/2024 that all issues have been fixed but.....I wonder if that is the case?

I am running Native Access 1.14 on Windows 8.1.

I know that these are all legacy systems but, they were all working at least one month ago.
