Bug or User issue

By the looks of this forum it seems to be a bug, Im using my beats thru the jack adapter and my sound works but goes away randomly. Not sure how to trigger it back sometimes when i turn it off/back on it works but sometimes it doesnt. My mashine is still pretty fresh, ive only had it two weeks. Any advice would suffice
