yes! if you sort by the # column (click the column header), you can drag and drop tracks into any order you like.
In all my time with this software, I have never done this. I am going to check that out. Very cool.
Also make sure it's a normal playlist and not smart playlist.

Also, after sorting/re-arranging your tracks in a playlist, right-click on the playlist and hit "consolidate". This saves your sorting within the playlist and re-numbers (#) the tracks.

Nope. It's just that some controllers or a button you map yourself can have a "add to preparation list" function.
Quite useful. I go through a list of songs I might like, every time I hear something I might want to play on the next gig I press the button and it automatically gets added to the prep list.
