EARTH spitfire reinstalled on native access

The reinstalled button on native access

Is not working on my earth spitfire product

And doesn't show up in kontakt 7.

Evan though it's already downloaded,

I have to load it through the file system on kontakt 7

Perhaps you can try uninstalling EARTH from your system software removal app? Then you can do a fresh install in N.A.

    hi, yes I've tried that,

but still the uninstall button on Native access,

repair and uninstall button does not work.

nothing comes up when you hover over the button

Perhaps we are misunderstanding each other. If you UNINSTALL the instrument in your OS app remover, the next time you open Native Access, it will show up in your available tab...as if it was never there.

@Dubnine SO it shows as installed in Native Access but not in Kontakt 7? Have you checked in both browsers? the old school one and the new? Have you tried in Kontakt in standalone?

    Hi, no misunderstanding,

I've done exactly what you're asked, deleted from my drive.

But still it has not disappeared from native access, and the reinstall button for earth does not work. Nothing happens when you hover over the button.

The problem seems to be native access

@Dubnine How did you install the library in the first place? I believe that Earth library is not downloadable from Native Access, you have to download the files from Spitfire and then Locate the folder where you put the library files.

Please close Native Access and delete this file:

Mac HD / Library / Preferences / com.nativeinstruments.Earth.plist (or similar, look for the plist for the product, I don't have this library to check)

Open Native Access, now you should have a Locate button for the library.

Just to clarify, I own Earth and can confirm that it is a Kontakt Library and a Native Access serial was provided upon purchase. In 2.9.6, the thumbnail appears in the Vendor category "Spitfire". Thumbnail also shows in Kontakt since it is a "Kontakt Required" library.
