Hello: I have downloaded this free Pipe Organ. I see the files on my computer, but the two VST 64 bit and VST 32 bit have not VST instruments in them. Where are they? Thank you!!!

Pipe Organ is a library for Kontakt, not a VST. Don't look for a VST because you won't find it.
