    I am assuming that your products are still loading.

    When I download native, instrumental launcher from native official website after that, I install that launcher There is no coming login option it’s showing loading products

    Did you try reinstalling Native Access?

    I'm experiencing the same problem after the 3.8.1 upgrade. It is happening on my DAW computer and my VEPro7 computer. Native Access starts-up and then hangs, with "Loading Products" message and a spinning progress wheel.

    I have de-installed Native Access and then downloaded and re-installed the 3.8.1 version. But the problem reoccurs.

    Any Clues?
