How long do I need to wait for a native tech/ customer service to respond

I request a refund ticket because I want to purchase the collector pack instead of just the ultimate. Wait for 3days now, don't seems to have any valuable respond. The only person that respond me is asking me activated the product which I found odd and never do it. How long should I be waiting for a tech/ customer service to reach back out to me? I need for a project in hand that is quite in a rush

    @Hankkk Hey there, my colleagues from support have a lot of requests to process at the moment, their reply times are longer than usual, they will get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience and understanding

    i'm not sure about but

    the upgrade price is the difference between the too products, isn't it? Perhaps that's why one asked you to activate, then upgrade.

    BUT I'm not sure at the end.
