Unable to access Kontakt Libraries

Hi, I'm using Mac mini M1 Monterey 12.2.1, Logic Pro X and I'm unable to access my libraries. When I add a new track I can see the AU Instruments - Kontakt but when I hit Create the libraries are no longer coming up. This is a new problem as this was working just fine. I recently installed some Izotope products but don't know if this is a coincidence. I would appreciate any help.

    Start by making sure that the Plugin and Standalone version numbers are the same… if not, that could be the issue…

    Thanks. When I rescanned the plugin I saw: WARNING: retrievedValue = 0.000000 (was 1.000000), Parameter did not retain maximum value when set

    WARNING: retrievedValue = 0.000000 (was 0.500000), Parameter did not retain default value when set

    Is this the problem? I've tried reinstalling but getting the same result.

    I would assume that the error is not a good thing… I would suggest contacting Support using the Kontakt wizard found on the support page.
