I would like to return and upgrade - but no NI rep has replied

I tested the waters with maschine mikro during the most recent sale. I love it, but want to go all in, return the Mikro, and pay for the upgrade to the machine + stand-alone.

I have been emailing and sending tickets (while there was ample time during the sale - so I hope they will honour the sale), but no reply. If they reply and honour the sale - great.

Does anyone have any tips to get NI to reply - I will give them more money if they reply :) Thanks, community

    @Djezyvibe My colleagues have a lot of requests to process at the moment, their reply times are longer than usual, they will get back to you and will answer your questions. I'm not sure what can be done regarding the return and exchange but I'm sure we can offer a grace period, given the fact that you contacted us before the end of the sale.

    Maybe you can just transfer the license of the old maschine mikro to someone else...if that is possible.

    Sadly, the sale has ended.

    There is only UVI bundle as the only sale.
