i can log into my native account, but not in native access,

Hi,

I tried new download of Native Access, new install of N.A., full disk access for N.A. allowed,

no errors are displayed.

i run Mac 13.2.1

any idea why i can't log in into NA to get some update?

I found the error: it had to be my mac's password, not my NI password 🤓
