Reaktor showing "demo mode" after purchasing.
Hey all, long story here. I purchased Reaktor 6 in the beginning of January and the website said the best one to buy for me was the "Maschine upgrade" path (I sold my maschine 2 a while ago and transferred the license but "maschine 2" still shows up in my account) I thought I would save $20 and get that version. Didn't work. I contacted NI customer service to see if I could get a refund or just pay the extra $20 to get the full version. Heard back from a NI employee told me they would transfer me to the "payment" team i guess. A few days go by and haven't heard anything else back. Today NI winter sale ends, figured screw it I'll just buy reaktor 6 outright for the $99 if I lose $80 oh well. Get my reaktor activation code and paste it into Native access and it says "Youve successfully registered Reaktor 6" So far I've spent $190 and haven't gotten anything in return it's really disheartening I just want to use reaktor hahaha
If anybody has any suggestions I'm all ears.

@Xologram I see that Reaktor 6 was successfully registered to your account. Try reinstalling Reaktor 6 (if it was installed as Player, the reinstallation should turn it to the full version, if that still doesn't work, try the following: My Products Are Showing As DEMO in Native Access

Customer support has gotten back to me and have refunded the "crossgrade" edition I bought which seems to have fixed my problems! Thank you two for trying to help me out!

Maybe you should delete the DEMO version of Reaktor and then install the full version from Native Access.
Let me know if it worked.

Thank you guys for replying! Here's what I've tried so far:
Uninstalling Native Access, uninstalling "reaktor 6", restarting PC, deleting the xml files, deleting the files in "documents" I'm signed in with the same NI account. And as a last resort just re installed windows. But to no avail, installing Reaktor 6 still shows demo mode :( @Jeremy_NI
