add serial

I brought a komplete control midi from a coworker. i didnt know he brought it from someone else. it comes on perfectly. but i cant use it because the serial number is registered already. what can i do to get around this

You'll need to contact support and get them to transfer the serial. You may need to show some sort of proof of purchase
