Rig Guit 7: user presets off and still the factory presets don't show

Not only are th factory presets not showing but also the user presets don't have the settings I saved. In stand alone: same results

Does anybody have a solution?

I didn’t use prior versions of Rig 7. My problem is that factory settings don’t appear and whatever settings I create will not reload properly after having been saved.

is anyone having this problem?

Did you activate Guitar Rig 7 in Native Access? Which license are you using? PRO, LE or PLAYER?

Thanks for your response, Eddie. I followed the instructions to reset the library and it’s working fine now.

For the record, I have Rig 7 installed on a Mac Studio, OS Sonoma, and I run it on Logic Pro.
