Hello.

Not sure where to post this. I had iZotope installation app installed and used it yesterday. I noticed that it was now titled Native Instruments and have since found out why.

It worked, I installed 2 products then logged out. I logged in later and was locked out of it with the following message:

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I tried downloading and installing the app from iZotope.com (izotope.com/en/lp/redeem.html) per Sweetwater's Knowledge Base page and the error message during installation via iZotope Product Portal.exe said "unable to copy file." I tried running as Administrator - same error.
What might be the issue?
Thank you in advance.
    Did you use the same account for both Izotope and NI?
    Hi Milos and thank you for your reply.
    I have the same Email address for both. Different passwords.
    It's weird that I was able to login prior and install products to not being able to login since.
    Thanks.
    Hmm...did you have any issues using the plugin because of both NI and Izotope?
    Which plugin, Milos?
    U was able to login to iZotope app before I wasn't. I'm guessing that the logins may have only been an hour or so apart.
    I've updated Native Access about an hour+ ago. All I see are NI products.
    I heard that iZotope products now show up on that app. I didn't see any indication as the name iZotope was no where to be found on that app. In addition, the serial# format for the 2 product brands is different in length and structure.
    Thanks.
    Is the app you want to install called Izotope Portal?
    Its formally called iZotope Product Portal. It is iZotope's installation app.
    Yeah...if that is what you mean...Izotope is now a property of Native Instruments, so basically all of the products from Izotope are now theirs.
    Remember when people were saying that buying Ozone 10 Equilazer was a waste of cash?
    Because NI made Ozone 11 Equilazer for free.
    I tried the app again and it's working for the moment. I was able to install more software. I did find someone else online who had the same exact or similar experience back in October. One of them said that they tried using the portal at a later date and it worked. So maybe. for now, it is intermittent regardless of the reason.
    Thank you for replying. Much appreciated.
    [SOLVED]
    At least for now. Maybe an intermittent issue with the iZotope server. Refer to my previous reply for more detail.
    Glad the issue is solved at least in some way!
