My expansion does not show in Maschine

I have downloaded the expansion called BUMP,

in native access it says downloaded but will not show up in maschine, I have tried re-installing multiple times with no luck.

I have spoke to apple support and they suggested uninstalling native access and re installing.

will this cause more problems?

any help will be much appreciated

The Bump expansion is a collection of presets for Massive X. You're not going to see it as a separate product in Maschine.

If you want to browse the presets specifically for that expansion. Open Massive X in Maschine, then go to all banks and select Bump. This should show you all the presets that are included in the expansion.
