How to fix 'Windows cannot access the specified device...'?

I'm trying to install Native Access on my second laptop, which runs Windows 10. I've managed to install absolutely fine on my Arm mac, running Sonoma, and on my Desktop PC, running Windows 11. But Windows 10? It just won't get there for me. Even using both the Native website installer and the one that worked for me on 11, nothing.

I've gone through User Account Control, permissions shouldn't be the problem.

Any ideas what I can do?

Thank you - I wasn't sure how to get direct support so this is helpful.

I fixed the problem when I realised it has to do with Administrator permissions. For anyone else who needs help with this problem:

Log into your Administrator account in Windows.

Install Native Access and Traktor Pro 3 there. Once installed, go back to your Local User account, and TP3 should be there, installed and activated!
