just brought Abbey Road 60s drummer -downloaded Native access but it never opens ? so can't download

just brought Abbey Road 60s drummer -downloaded Native Access as advised but it never opens ?so I can't get access to what I have just ordered - I have tried 100 times to open native Access but it never opens can anyone help / advise

    Do you mean that you can't see the library on Native Access or something?

    I have down loaded the Native Access - when i double click on the icon to open it up nothing happens ? i have gone into computer and open up full disk access as advised on their website - but again when i click on the icon nothing happens - i have a mac 13.6.3 latest update - no idea what next to do ? to access my drum product which i just brought - its the 1st time ive ever used Native Instruments . cheers Dave
