Upgrading from Komplete Select 14 to Ultimate 13?

Hi, I just bought Komplete Select 14 and I have an older unused upgrade to Ultimate 13. Is it possible to upgrade to an older version or what can I do to get Ultimate upgrade? My computer is Mac mini M1 with Ventura 13.6. I downloaded some instruments to an external hard drive, and that doesn't seem to work properly, LogicPro crashes easily.

    @KalleE It's not possible to upgrade a newer bundle to an older bundle. You would need an older Komplete Select or Standard to be able to use this upgrade. Maybe my colleagues can help you figuring out the best option: bit.ly/NI_support_PA
