Traktor s4 mk3 randomly stops sending audio

Hi, i have an issue with my controller. It randomly stops sending audio out, everything works but no audio.

The only thing that helps is restarting traktor program and the controller.

but after a while the issue comes back.

please help me i dont want this to happen on gigs

i dont know why is this happening

What system? Which Traktor version? External HD? It may be a energy saving setting that cuts off usb devices.
