My Product is Missing in Native Access

Hello,

I have a license for traktor pro 2 and it was working on my old computer. But now I bought a new macbook pro m1 max. but it works as a demo on my new computer. the serial I have in native accsess does not appear. so I cannot update. what is your suggestion?

    You can see your serial numbers on your account on NI site, not Native Access.

    Let me know if something changes.

    In preferences there is a setting to enable legacy products. I suspect you need to enable that for Traktor Pro 2
