Input 3 has less volume than Input 4 on Komplete Audio 6 Mk1

Hello there,

I plugged in my Synth (with 2 balanced cables) in Inputs 3/4 at the back of the Komplete Audio 6 MK1 and I notice the volume of Input 3 is half the volume of Input 4 ... Also shows in my Daw (Logic).

Anyone having the same issue ?

How can I fix that ?

Are you sure it's the KA6 and not the synth outputs? I'd suggest checking that first if you've not already done so. Switch the cables in the back of the KA6 and see if the fault moves. If the input 3 is still low it's something wrong on the KA. If input 4 is low then it's cabling/synth

Hi Mike,

Thx for the answer but no it's not the synth. I tried connected it to a mixing table on inputs 3 and 4 and it works fine there (pan level is equal on both sides), Also I tried switching left and right cables, 3 is always half lower than 4. Also purchased new cables to be certain ... same.

I wrote the support team, looks like its the KA 6 ...

Yeah, looks like it's the interface for sure. Hopefully you'll get sorted quick.
