Web link reads: "Please Try Again, the serial number is not valid" I put in a request (4186813) today 1/5/24

Hoping to hear something soon as this is the second time in less than two weeks, I've had to contact NI support. The first time it was stuck in "Upgrade mode"

How is this justifiable, after purchasing a professional grade, music product, from a supposedly reputable company??

    2. I would send that faulty M+ back and get a new one.

    Most probably you received a return which was already registered. Is this a replacement unit for the previous one? Where did you buy it?

    BTW: The problem is probably rather to do with todays customer behavior of returning stuff after trying for a couple of weeks. Nobody ever thinks about the consequences: Many units are not brand new anymore.

    im having the same problem, just sended a request to NI, could you solve the problem @Titanium Sky ? Did you get any answer from the supoort team?
