In my native access account it says that I have the full version of Guitar Rig 5, 6. However, when I open GR 5 stand alone it opens the trial version. When I open it in Pro Tools it also opens the trial version. Why??

It is better to just use GR 6 if GR 6 is not shown as the trial version.
Guitar Rig 5 should be able to be activated with the current version of Native Access. Did you try to reinstall Guitar Rig 5 via Native Access? If that does not work please get in touch with our customer support, they should be able to help you.
Alternatively you could try to use an older version of Native Access (1.x) that can be found here

Thank you for the response. Native access says that its the full version. I dont see a way to delete it out of NA to be able to reinstall it.
